1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by taya713 in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour of submission. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed on the same business day for standard amounts.
• Withdrawal Verification: taya713 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit supporting documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• No Fees: taya713 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which taya713 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts on taya713 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied by taya713.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. taya713 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the Player.

5 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all real-money gaming activity on taya713:

• Game-Specific Rules: Each game available on taya713 — including Poker, Jacks or Better, Pirate Fishing, Hi-Lo, Pappu, American Football, Big Hammer, and others — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

taya713 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on taya713. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on taya713, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of taya713.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using taya713 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya713 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed by taya713.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya713 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya713 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya713 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

taya713's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their taya713 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya713's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

taya713 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on taya713, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the taya713 Privacy Policy.
